Provided full architectural services from Design Review and City Council approval through construction documents and city permitting. The addition included 18 new guest rooms, lobby extension, fitness center, laundry facilities, and outdoor recreation area with infinity pool/spa, fire pits and shaded lounge area. The renovation included a complete redesign of the entire exterior facade and landscape design for entire property. The new recreation area boasts the most amazing ocean views of the Oregon sunset from both the cozy fire pit lounge seating or in the spectacular outdoor infinity spa.
